San Martin

Residents revel in the peace, privacy, and space they can enjoy within arm’s reach of the city

Welcome to San Martin

A rural retreat featuring luxury ranchettes and farmhouses

Ensconced within the valleys between Morgan Hill and Gilroy, San Martin is a rural paradise with an intimate, small-town atmosphere. The community's quiet streets, casual country lifestyle, and sprawling farmland deceivingly belie the fact that San Martin is only half an hour's drive from San Jose and Silicon Valley. Served by the CalTrain, many San Jose professionals have made San Martin their country retreat from the bustling city.

Named after St. Martin of Tours, San Martin is known for its expansive vineyards, equestrian stables, and spacious homes set on several acres of land. True to its rural farming heritage, the San Martin real estate market is dominated by modern and classic farmhouses and the region's popular five-acre ranchettes.

Here, restaurants and bars give way to nurseries and farm stalls, and San Martin residents revel in the peace, privacy, and space they can enjoy within arm’s reach of the city.
